Ingrédients : Le fromage Leerdammer est fabriqué avec du lait pasteurisé (tendrement sélectionné et collecté à proximité de nos fromageries), du sel (pour relever son si bon goût et pour aider à sa conservation), des ferments lactiques (qui lui donnent ce subtil goût de noisette tant apprécié) et une enzyme coagulante microbienne (qui remplace la présure, coagulant animal, pour faire cailler le lait) pour que même les végétariens puissent savourer le fromage Leerdammer.
